I read a book, which bores me and makes me tired. Thus, effectively rendering me into sleep mod.

Now that I think of it, another thing I do is go and get some hot chocolate, or something warm to drink/eat.

Always does the trick.

Sleeping on a full stomach is practically heavenly.

Take some type of sleeping pill, that or watch Tv (not cartoons) until I pass out and if all else fails work out before bed it always tires your body out

I normally just sit up, mainly on the PC at night until i'm tired then i have no problem sleeping. If i try to sleep when i'm not tired it just doesn't happen. Sad

hmm i just ignore it and dont sleep then after a lot of hours ill fell asleep maybe at 5 am or 8am xD
