When you just can't sleep?

I usually just turn on the TV, turn on the AC, close my eyes, and just listen to movies.


It's so lame, I fall asleep instantly.

I really like to fall asleep while listening to movies in TV. It always works.

I ussaly never sleep im always at hf learning new things.

There is a numerous amount of things I do when I struggle to fall asleep.

-Listen to music. Soothing music, usually, such as soundscapes, maybe soft rock.
-Take a hot shower.
-Habitually smoke a marijuana cigarette.

I have sleep insomnia so usually these will help.

It has also been said that wearing socks/gloves can help you sleep. I have not tried it so much, but I hear it works.

I read a bad book until i fall asleep. (stephen king is real good for this)

Slow, semi boring music (keep a green day playlist for this)
Soothing, natural sounds (ipod app's)
Watching infomercials or reading old magaizines

Those are some things i usually do, i dont sleep much either so i rely on these.

I roll over heaps of times, and think about my day. I kind of mentally plan the days ahead.

What do you do when you can't sleep? It's 5:50am and I went to bed at 2am. I woke up every half-hour and mainly laid there restless. I finally decided to just get out of bed and do some work. So here I am.

This is my first post of the day. YEH!

So what do you do when you can't sleep at night?

Usually watching TV in bed makes me very sleepy. Sometimes I get up and eat an apple or banana and get a drink, and by the time Im finished Im ready to sleep.

Sometimes when i can't sleep Ill probably go raid the fridge, and go on computer until I'm tired. Other times Ill just jack off. Although last night when i could go to sleep I roll'd this big ass joint, and i smoked it this morning.
