When You're Down, What Brings You Up?

Depending on my mood.

If I'm sad, I listen to soothing music that calms my mind until I fall asleep. (Taking a nap)

If I'm angry, I listen to some heavy stuff or just chill with some friends. (Or both!)

Music is the cure to everything in my life, I wouldn't be able to live without it.

If I'm sad, I just listen Faint from Linkin Park. Then I go to Gym and practice for parkour.Then pwning Big Grin

If I'm angry, Think positive and make myself feel strong. Its all about what I believe in. If I believe good things will happen, they will. You just have to think to yourself that everything will be okay, cause it will.

Be strong and think to yourself, I cant let them get to me.

If you go in to that situation and think positive, you will have a good result.

I either listen to some music or spend some time with friends, never with family because then they like to get in your business and cause some drama...

Hearts Fall For Danny Tanner, they're an amazing band. I never really get sad, I just keep thinking life is surreal, there is so much to be happy about every day. When ever I'm sad I just try and do things to keep me from thinking about it.

Loud Dubstep and playing halo usually getting me out of that gloomy blah mood aside from that excersize and sunlight should put just about anyone in a good mood Smile

Music really helps clear my thoughts though sometimes if that isn't enough just opening a Word document and typing everything on your mind helps too.
