Running is a Excellent way to Lose your stomach fat. A decent way at gaining abs. Takes longer than the dang Ab Roller. If I were you and your only walking not running I would suggest at least a 3-5 mile walk a day. Let me put it to you like this, I walk around 3-4 miles a day now it's around 98degree's outside with 90% Humidity Imagine how hot it is where I live. Yet I don't care I still make an effort to walk at least 1-2 miles if it's really really hot out. btw for those of you that don't know that's about 106degree's.

Please stay on topic. Plus that doesn't count as workout routine.

Good workout routine man, good job on taking a days rest everyweek, it's more beneficial if you do rather than working out. To those who are interested in what this person has to say I suggest you only but %100 Whey protein and nothing but it.

Move the pull ups to back day, since those impact your lats and biceps more so than your shoulders.
Personally, i'd split arms in that Triceps are worked on Chest day, and Biceps are worked on Back day.
Other than that, it seems like an alright workout.
And if you want a six pack - Endless situps aren't going to do it, getting a 6 pack is all about having a low bodyfat percentage.
Trust me on this, my dad was a bodybuilder, so he showed me the ropes.
