The one which is compressed with winrar is ISO file , and thats less than 4 GB , so get an blank disc and write that ISO with imageburn or whatever burner you use for burning ISO files than put the DVD into DVDROM drive and reboot your PC ,
Upon booting setup will ask you to press any key to boot from DVD , so press any key and setup will started ....
But if its not work than you better use google.
