I know how it is to sell your forum, but I won't lie. It's 600 posts and you've been offered $100, I'd take it.

Imagine, you can buy 7 domains with that + a few months hosting, make a much better forum(s).

I dont think its an overly good domain. Not bad though.
And with no PR and 4mill + on alexa it tells me its simply a new domain without any real history so this is a great price IMHO.
Sell and repeat as suggested above.

you have low number of posts but they seem to all be quality. Outside from that its a nice forum idea and i would personally take the $100.
