Nominate Others for an Award

I see the influence behind the idea. However maybe there is an award that you know you should get but other people don't recognize it and therefore you don't get awarded.

Well my thinking was that if you truly deserve the award someone would notice.

He does a damn good job, and he's very professional.
I barely knew him and he helped me like I was a long-time friend.
