If you don't have any idea what the title means, by RSPS don't bother posting..

^^I got a vps host for a year a very very good. I wanna host a rsps(runescape private server) I need a very good source, you need to be an advanced coder. Post if you know what im talking about.^^

I'd probably go to a RSPS forums like moparscape or runelocus. They are many great coders there that would probably love to do this.

I would honestly just try to do it yourself. Java is pretty straightforward to begin with, and after looking over some sources I have noticed they are easy to play around with. A good site to start at is MoparScape.org, in the tutorials section.
