That's free running your talking about. Parkour doesn't have all the fancy flips and stuff it's more fluid about traveling from a to b with simple jumps and moves. More graceful.

Parkour - Flipping and what not.
Unless parkour actually means graceful running or something like that? :/

There's nothing fancy about parkour, it's about going from point A to B in the most simplest and quickest fashion using your own body's ability and grace.

What's the difference between parkour and free running?

I want to learn. I'm about 5' 5" and 115-120 lbs, but I'm sorta on the weak side.
