BattleField: Bad Company Two or Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Two

Battlefield Bad Company, FTW! The graphics are a lot more realistic and the campaigns seem to make more sense.

The thing I really hate about Bad Company 2 is that it is too realistic and I think Mw2 is much much better.

They're both extremely different games that have too different of play-styles to compare. But, I will try to explain why I feel Battlefield: Bad Company 2 takes the cake.

If you want to snipe, actually snipe, not quickscope, play BF:BC2, not MW2. The recon class's versatility lies not only in long range shooting, but in spotting.
You will need to not focus on killing sprees, K ratio, or making your e-peen bigger, you will need to work as a team, with your team. This gamestyle is complete opposite of Modern Warfare 2. So, if you like to run and gun, improve K, and quickscope, go with MW2. Otherwise, you should play BF:BC2.

That is just my interpretation, and is probably only valid to myself.

They are totally different games, Battle field bad company 2, is tactical , and large scale.

Modern warfare two, is smaller and whatever goes type of game.

I prefer modern warfare 2, as you do not require a team.

Bc2 Ftw, Mw2 is so outplayed and the weapons are soo unrealistic.
