Well Guys,
First of all I'd like to say thanks everyone for sharing those informative anime and than Run more, eat more healthy.Run as much as you can one day, then when you're worn out, record how far you've ran, then do it the next day, keep doing that and once you're used to it, run a little longer the next day and record how long you went, then start running that, etc.

Simple. Reduce the amount of carbs you eat. Don't have 3 massive meals a day. Take smaller meals throughout the day and in general, eat less. You need to be lifting weights as well as doing cardio if you're interested in losing weight.

Drink lots of water. Make a balance in both exercise and healthy diet.

Exercise is an important weight loss tool, but how much you need varies from person to personthe best way to start to lose weight is by cutting things out in your diet. dont drink pop or drinks high in cals, drink water instead. you will lose weight from just doing this. then try to knock out junk food, its hard at first but later on you wont even want to think about it.I hope this helped. good luck starting your weight loss
