In fact you have to get at least 1.5 gram of protein per pound of body weight for muscle growth.The 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is for the sedentary people that don't go to a GYM and don't do any sports.

This is a pretty nice guide in my opinion, should be helpful to anyone trying to work out.
I know that i should probably use this guide i need to lose tome weight But overall i like how much effort and thought you put into this, good work!

You are mistaking pounds with kilograms, either that or your information is just wrong. |
