When I get upset, it's usually only for a very short time. I don't let things bother me enough to stew over them.
But if I really needed to calm down i'd do something to take my mind off of whatever got me upset. Do something that requires you to concentrate fully on that task so you won't think of whatever it was that pissed you off.
Or go hit my punching bag until I got it out of my system. lol

When I'm mad, I usually go to sleep or I do some workout, like running, push-ups and crap like that. I heard it releases endorphines or some crap like that, that makes you happier.

I do things that will no longer remind me of the situation that caused certain emotions. Sleeping is a good idea. And, when you're mad, you're feeling all strong. So, you can give yourself a little work out.

If I'm really really mad I will probably punch something to calm down. If I'm just anxious I do this breathing exercise to relax.

All I do is either take it out on theme verbally, dissing them or I stay quite close my eyes and stay chill. I never trip', if you know what I mean.

Go off by myself and think (go for a walk)
