If girls aren't enough of a motivation I don't know what is. judging from how long you've been working out, you shouldn't have a problem getting into shape.

If you're doing that kind of diet and muscle training then the only thing I can think of is to increase your cardio work. I would also suggest doing rowing at your gym, it's the best full body workout (swimming is slightly better I think)
Just do 2-3 sets of 15 minute rowing blasts 4-7 times a week.
