Dual boot. What the crap happened?

For anyone who didn't do what Uhriventis said, you can do a little fix.

First boot a live cd.
install grub again.
find out your windows partition.
Edit menu.lst (In the grub folder) and add your windows parition in.
Reboot.
It should now use grub as the bootloader now.

I had to do this a couple of months ago, i used a thread over at Ubuntu forums, if you PM or nag me. I'll probably be able to find it. Or google.

Sorry dudes but u had to think the simplest thing: have u enabled in the bios system to boot 2 Os? Many motherboard requires it.try it and tell us.i had the exact problem and i solved with the way i refer earlier.........

Recover Grub 2 via LiveCD , I am assuming you are using Ubuntu 9.10.
