How to break my Facebook habit
#11
Just delete your account, or change the password to something you won't remember. Make a new word document, type a longass stream of letters and numbers, copy it, and when you go to change your password, paste it in that field.
PM me for private, confidential support.

sorry about the l33t talk... I was getting paranoid about the search bots Smile

p.s. I just noticed that this forum supports Cyrillic alphabet - respect on that, Omni

Wats the point of deleting the acc or changing PW. He will just make a new one.
Its like hidding weed from a stoner. He will just go and buy some more.

Well, you could consider not getting on the Internet for a few days.. Taking a break can lead to a stress free environment. Researchers say that if you have an addiction, find something else to do until you stop thinking about it. In this case, its your Facebook addiction.
