Okay, I thought you meant you transfer between Vista and 7, perhaps to perform different tasks.

Anyway, it's still kind of pointless. You could just do a clean install of Windows 7 and retrieve all of your files from Windows.old.

Single boot with just XP, Because last time i had 5 Operating systems on 1 Partitioned hard drive it blew up ( A waste of as 1 TB )

I was dual booting Windows 7 for a while, just to try it out. It was running alongside Windows XP.

After I installed VMWare, the OS became unusable... Freezing and crashing every 2 minutes, sometimes less!

I just formatted and never bothered to install again.

Currently Dual-Booting OS X Snow-Leopard and Windows 7 via boot-camp; I usually access the 7 via vmware fusion though.
