Unfortunately it might not work in IE9, I haven't tested, but it's support for the shadow is incompatible as far as I know anyway. Oh well, it's only a one time thing regardless.

I don't get this... Am I right in thinking the US Government are trying to introduce this "SOPA" which will affect the internet all over the world?? How can America's government have control over the whole entire internet??

Is this just America trying to take over the world yet again?

No that wouldn't be possible, however, the US does "own" fairly globally popularized sites, so it might have some effect on those residents even outside of the US. I'm in CAN so I'm not as concerned about this whole ordeal, but some of my members are, so it's only good to appeal to their believes as well.

I can't believe they would try to pass a new bill for something this silly though. I find it very interesting, and I'd personally like to know who the genius was behind deciding this lol.

Not the first time i've seen a silly government act though.

Edit: It's the reason why i'm actively browsing SF though, taking a break from my forum for this blackout event lol. Not much to do on my forum right now.
