For the most part he trys to keep the harmfull crap off HF. Obviously with thousands of members he cant Git every one, but HF isnt there for illegal activity.

And yes i will agree there is lots of hacking Tuts on HF but honestly, how many of them are for bad?

Concidering "hacking" is a term used for coding, writing script and so on. Not just defacing websites and releasing rats, and for countless other fradulent activities.
