cant -rep or neutral rep someone?

This is a forum to support people, how is adding a -rep supporting anyone?

For copyright breakers, just contact staff, if you have proof its all good.

Well I don't want to start this debate again but I don't think -rep should ever have been removed or anon rep.
Some people deserve -rep and if they didn't they should of just been able to post a complaint form or something.

-rep only causes problems in the long run, constant complaining of members who deserve it, and abuse to members who don't deserve it.

I hope Omni never lets it return.

You don't need to -rep anyone here, there's no legitimate reason.

If someone is giving dangerous or stupid support, or even stealing tutorials then contact a staff member by either PMing them or using the report post feature.

People are wondering how to -rep.
Its simple really. Lets say you give someone a +rep and then they do something bad. Well you take away your rep.
It has the same effect basically without the fighting and flaming.
IMHO it was the perfect result to a problem here at SF.
As for members stealing or copying. Notify staff in PM and members in the thread. Thats what i would do anyway.
