What kind of equipment do you have at home? If you don't have any, then it may be hard gaining muscle. However, losing weight is very possible. If you search 'Bodyweight Workout' on Google, you will receive many links that will give you some sample programs. While you won't gain much muscle, you will notice your muscular endurance will soar to new heights. Regards, Zurmi

I always just worked out at the workout center
Feels better for me, but it's also possible to get the exact same result by working out at home.

You should cut your mile down some. One of my friends runs 15 miles average a day. Might be because he is top runner in the state but still...

One thing I do is when I'm watching TV, during the commercials I do push-ups or sit-ups. It works very well! ^_^
