From my personal experience, you are more likely to regret any actions taken during this time. I also know that doing nothing is harder than doing something - the pain is intense, unbearable and isolating. Do not make the same mistakes that I have. Instead, be strong and set your mind on getting her our of your system in whatever way works for you.

Each day that you prevent yourself from acting on a post-breakup impulse is an achievement of wisdom over emotion.

I don't give cliches when I give advice, so be assured that this choice is the healthier of many other choices out there. Breakups are psychologically stressful, so don't be harsh on yourself for feeling the way you do.
