[LGBT] A guide to coming out. [LGBT]
#56
"I think of it like this; when a person starts realizing they might be different, 90% of the time, they deny it." So incredibly true.

"You must embrace your own desires." It's the only action that can result in contentment. THAT, and it makes things much easier.

"Just remember that after a while, it just stops mattering with most people." Very true. And I mean, why should it, anyway? It's part of one's life, and should be just as important as interests, hobbies, etc-- Noted, but not the news of the century.

"Depending on where you live, bullying can be really bad, or it can be virtually nonexistent." In my experience, living in a small town in New England makes life easy. But it can be really hard, no matter where you live. Sometimes, the worst people to bear with may be your family. Mine doesn't know, but hearing from others in my area allows me to understand this.

Major credits to you, Elektrisk. It's my strong hope and belief that this guide will help others in a very positive way. I apologize for my anonymity, but all you need to know is that I am Lunagron's brother (I'm also sorry for bumping this...).
