If you need to re-enable task manger you go to

Start > Run > Type this:

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Also ending a virus does not always get rid of it Oui
