Don't buy at a store, it'll be a lot cheaper on newegg. No, you don't need a sound card because your motherboard has onboard sound.
Case:
This case looks solid and has good reviews, although it is a bit expensive. If you're tight on money I'd suggest buying something cheaper.
Motherboard:
Great choice.
CPU:
You might as well just go with something like this. I've heard that the Phenoms have heating issues and the one you picked is only a dual core, this is a quad. I have the same processor and it works great.
Video Card:
Go with the one you picked made by XFX
Why?
PSU:
Good choice.
Hard Drive:
Holy crap! I didn't know 1TB hard drives were so cheap now, good find!
RAM:
I've never heard of pqi before so you should go with a more reputable brand imo, and go with at least DDR3 1066.
CD Drive:
Looks awesome
Your build looks great, good luck

Go with the one you picked made by XFX
Why?
- I've never heard of ZOTAC in my life
- The XFX one supports DirectX 11
- The Mobo doesn't support SLI (NVIDIA's version of CrossFireX where you have two graphics cards working together)
- The XFX one runs on GDDR5 ram, and other stuff

Good choice.
