Voice ChAnger 4 CSS!

Hey does anybody know how i can make myself sound like t-pain on counter strike. Like when i talk in-game it sound like, you no the cool t-pail vvoice..

Because i was in a game and this guy was doing it with his friend .
He said like "nooooo" and it sounded all cool like kayne west in the stronger song. I hope you guys understand what im trying to say, it would be GREATLY appreicated if you could point me in the right direction.
