I got

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'connect.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/freecomp/public_html/testing/index.php on line 3

Can you tell me what I did wrong please?
