Most of the image is very soft and there's not a lot of contrast. That's not a bad thing, but the very sharp black on yellow text breaks the uniformity of the image.
There doesn't seem to be evidence of any sort of color scheme.
You get cool points for making it animated, but in this case I find the animation to be unnecessary.
Overall I think it's not very good, but I can see potential in you.
