I've had the EnV Touch for a week or so now and everything has been great. I was able to transfer music to it smoothly the first time. However this time I am trying to transfer pictures off of the phone to my computer and things are not working out so nicely.
Every time I try connecting it to my computer, no new drivers show up in My Computer (Windows XP). It used to work fine and show up. I've even tried using different USB Ports. One thing that does happen is that it asks me if I want to install new software...which I don't since no software came with the phone.
Any help?
