Delete and create partitions in XP

I don't have the Windows disc, I only have a hidden boot option (it only shows up with Grub Loader) that will do what the disc does when repair Windows, difference is, there isn't a way of repairing without formatting, it works because my computer has a small hidden recovery partition, with a copy of all Windows files and stuff, it's linked to the "Symantec Ghost" program, and says it's programmed only to work with my laptop, there would've been a Windows disc though (ebay).

Didn't really read much, just saw the pictures, Easus or Ubuntu live CD for me :P
