in short: nice eye-candy the name is support forums, so everyone who registers does it with the idea that he would be supportive, which suggests a friendly environment and less trolls.. i would suggest a "mood" field somewhere in the profile, where one could simply type his mood (and maybe include censorship for that field to save the mods some work)
