Why is this in the PHP section?

I think your background is too large and I'm not a fan of it tiling.
Your also too obsessed with this hockey player.

1. The background i put something random.
2. The title dosn't come out the way i want it to as i only have the font, you do not.
3. I put this in PHP because its PHP and Hyper text, and i thought Hyper text mean Hyper Text Markup Lang.
