The cops did their job, you could not pass the test, thus you were arrested. If you cannot pass it, don't drive. Simple as that. Now, lets say you cannot afford to have someone drive your son. In that case, it seems your son would be better off in foster care. You stated you want the best for him, in this case, its letting go of him. Put him in a family that can actually care for him; as you obviously cannot.
Thats just silly.
So by that logic if i have one leg yet are cleared to drive yet cant pass the test then i am considered driving under the influence?
