The theme looks really nice. Maybe a little bright for my taste... but not too bright

Some of the grammar is off there, or doesn't sound right. Try to make some of the award images more consistent, wrapping around a central theme or coming from the same source. Different images from different places don't look too good.
You don't need the Member list at the top of every page. Doesn't make sense.
