Need help decrypting an EFS file

I need help. I'm not sure if i have the code or script but I have a file that when i open, it gives me a bunch of codes (like the old MS DOS stuff - a bunch of letters and numbers). I believe it means it is encrpyted.

i'll send it your way and you can see if you can decrpyt it for me. I will really, really, appreciate it.
