I use Windows 7 64-bit at home and XPSP3 at work.
I like XP because of its simplicity (easier navigation, as someonesaid earlier), and having worked with it since its release, I'm comfortable both using and troubleshooting it. I could quite happily continue to use it.
However, Windows 7 seems to be a much better product. It boots up/shuts down quicker, and includes some functionality to improve web browsing performance with IE8/9 (assuming you use IE - I tend to use Firefox!).
I also tried Vista once - and reverted back to XP after 2 days!
