Regular Aero theme with personally slightly modified msstyles by myself. I recompiled that file with my own settings and images I guess 
Buttons and that don't have a blue overlay on hover anymore, and just more of a gloss.
Removed the smoke overlay as well for those stupid stripes you see in the glass which was previously there.
