Now let's calculate the changes of getting hit by a car, a bus, a plain or what ever other solid object that could kill you. After that add the pollution and other toxic gases, not to mention serial killers, just killers, gangs, punks, drunks, etc...
I think going outside for 5 minutes is deadlier than smoking for 20 years.
