I personally don't really like it at all. I'm not a big fan of the overuse of the purple. You could have used more black, darker purples and light/dark green. I do prefer the original motto better than "Rules the Universe".
The things that I do like are pretty much the font and it's location on the screen. The title is a nice size but almost gets lost in the similar colour background.
The background just seems like a simple gradient of purple to black and I'm not entirely sure why there is a sun in the background.
