That is the same reason I lift and work out, run, etc... to stay in shape and get toned.
It's 100 star jumps
90 crutchs
80 squats
70 leglifts
60 star jumps
50 crutchs
40 squats
30 leglifts
20 star jumps
10 minute running
I did this when I was still a bit larger and still do it today but with more reps.
