Screw this

He did explain though that he personally didn't want any kind of in depth debates here like that which could cause tension between members, debate sections have been mentioned in the past but not implemented for the benefit of keeping a supportive atmosphere for the best of SF to maintain itself. I would agree on both sides to a certain extent, but better to keep things at a minimum like that. Terrorist is a fairly heavy word, and becoming a more offensive topic for ethnic groups. It may not be bad to talk about, but the perception does differ.

If you look at it that way, there's no true reason to get too worked up about it.

Discouraging it is right though. Did you know that between the major countries of the world we have enough nuclear power to blow up the world several times over? Russia, and the US especially. There's no reason for war in my opinion. No matter how bad something is, it's always about greed.

Land, resources, money....

The more we agree to accept that it exists, the more human nature thinks it's right to use.

DAMINK rules aren't going to be completely accurate on every level for anywhere. There is a certain degree to which we have to assume ideas that involve common sense as part of the rules list. For example, we could choose to list off everything:

-No swearing
-No child pornography
-No scamming
-No hacking
-No threatening messages
etc...

But usually we give members the benefit of responsibility to assume some of those things. And being a support community I, in this case would actually have to agree that we should keep that kind of content limited. It may not say in the rules, but what does the forum name tell you about what kind of atmosphere we should encourage here?
