It's not a mouse fix, it's in the mouse settings.
Steps:
Pointer precision is the option that allows for mouse acceleration when you move your mouse at a faster rate over the same amount of distance in comparison to moving it at a slower rate on your monitor.
Steps:
- Open Run command
- Enter in the following:
Code:%SystemRoot%\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL main.cpl,,2
- Uncheck the pointer precision checkbox, and slide the slider to the left (the "Slow" side) until it meets you're movement needs
