Brandenx781 is correct although not quite how i would have worded it.
svchost.exe is a generic host process name for services that run from dynamic-link libraries.
They are simply separate legit processes used by windows.
That said if i was to place a rat on someone i would be using names similar to that in the hope of the user not detecting it.
But its entirely normal so dont worry about it.
If there is no AV activity or weird firewall activity then all is good.
