Then my rating would be - 1/10.

Reason - you just picked some round brush ( with spacing and scattering ) and smudged the whole area. Nothing so fantastic , need a lot of work.

This is supposed to be a smudge. Nothing is supposed to be fantastic. Look at a bunch of other smudges you will see. Thumbsup
