Possible keylogger on my pc

I havn't done it in a while. Hang on i'll download and do it all again.
download the executable:
http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/

Run and agree to terms and conditions.

Select: "Do a system scan and save log file"

Wait for it to scan

It will open notepad and dump results in there.

Copy paste all text into here (preferably a code box)
