It looks like a modified HF forum theme to me, but I like the neon green a lot better.
A whole section to "Rainfall World of Warcraft" though? People play other games than Warcraft, and for a gaming forum unless you're strictly centered on a specific game I wouldn't categorize things like that. Keep it general.
