Best way to loose weight is to set a goal in your head and be determined with it.
It's not just like "hey I wanna loose weight with some pills but I don't want to do any exercise for it".
Jumping Rope is great way to loose fat.Start easy with it and within a month u'll see great results.
Alsos start eating healthy.Green tea can help you loose fat.
And if you plan on using those pills I don't care, Its your body and do what ever you want.
Jumping rope can be a way to lose fat but it's not a great way. Probably if you can do it in HIIT form, but it will definitely kill your wrists which is not advisable at all.
Green tea or any caffeine substances being able to help you burn fat are completely myths. Caffeine can be used as an antioxidant but I wouldn't really use it everyday as it raises cortisol levels as well.
