If you want crappy 60-80bit sound files, then maybe. With almost all youtube uploads, they get encoded into an flv, or mp4 I believe if you're set to another file format, and with the conversion, comes quality loss. Youtube to mp3 generally generates very poor quality Audio. I've done testing with this and it almost sounds like mp3 extracting from a youtube video gives the output a higher dc offset, which really sounds horrible. It's like a monochrome, trebled, version of an original music file.
If you know how to use googles search algorithms you can usually get whatever you want anyway.

music site:mediafire.comOr you can use the file format identifier and get what you want in that regard, whether it's wav (high quality/high filesize), or mp3 (standard).
Either way, if you convert Youtube to MP3, convert them to WAV first, then convert the WAV to an MP3, because the MP3 will retain most of the WAV quality in bitrate.
