1. Everyone has abs.
2. A 4-pack/6-pack is very gene-dependent. I'm at 7% bodyfat and I only have 4. So does the legendary Ronnie Coleman.
3. The only way to have your abs visible is to lower the bodyfat percentage you have. You can do this on a caloric deficit and cardio.
4. HIIT > LISS.
Completely false. Abdomen is just any other muscles. If you train it, it will just get bigger which would look bad. Lift consistently and do cardio every other day/workout.
