I don't use any type of proxy or VPN.

I actually think this is being triggered by CloudFlare's Web Application Firewall (WAF). Depending on the type of content submitted, it might trigger a challenge page.

The site admin can do one of two things:
1. Whitelist your IP addresses.
2. Turn the WAF security level down.
